THE STRONG OHANA.

Ohana means family — the people you are born with, and the family you meet along the way. Most people who want to start lifting after 40 have nobody to start with. Community is our answer: it costs nothing, it comes with a program, and there are people in it who will watch your lifts and tell you the truth.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Start with a program

Community members get a starter training program in the app — built by the wizard from the equipment you actually own, or picked from our ready-made plans.

  • Share a lift, get feedback

Record a set on your phone, share it with the community, and other members tell you what looked strong and what to try next. A Community Form Check is member feedback, not a coach review.

  • Train with a chapter

Chapters are places, not clubs. Members in the same city meet up, lift together and post their events here.

  • Early access

Members see events and merch before we announce them to anyone else.

CHAPTERS

Three chapters today, more as members ask for them. You do not need to live near one to join.

  • SO…Kona!

    Kona, Hawai'i

Where the name came from. Ohana means family — the people you are born with and the family you meet along the way.

  • SO…NYC

    New York City, USA

City lifters over 40 who train around work, kids and small apartments.

  • SO…Sydney!

Sydney and the South Coast, Australia

Our home base. Garage gyms, surf clubs and barbells on the coast.

Want a chapter where you live? Email hello@strongohana.com and tell us your city — or DM us on Instagram, @strengthcoachshane or @zane.wimberley.
